My name is Rogeline Dieujuste and I am an MD2 student at WUHS. I am currently one of the senators for the student government association for the 2016 class year. I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Barry University in Miami. I have learned through the Barry mission the importance of knowledge and truth and the positive effects it can have in the community. I have also learned and practiced being inclusive in the community, by giving a helping hand to others through dedication and time. I have learned the power and the importance of social justice which motivates me to be fair at all costs. I also learned the benefits of collaborative service and effective networking that can benefit the world as a whole. I will continue practicing these core truths and others I continue to learn on my academic journey.
Low Cost Caribbean MD
My love affair with medicine dates back as far as I can remember. So for me, attending a school that could boast the academic resources I need; and also, be located in the Caribbean was a no brainer.
I did my undergrad at Arizona State University and graduated with a BS in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Genetics, Cell and Developmental Biology. I have wanted to be a physician since as long as I can remember.
